1. Return Timeframes
We aim to treat all return requests fairly and in line with South African consumer law.

* Requests for returns must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for non-defective items.

1. We will confirm the return method and advise of any applicable return costs.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with the approved outcome.

For returns based on a change of mind, return delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

* Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Handling or restocking fees may apply to certain returns, depending on the nature and condition of the returned item.
Such fees, where applicable, will be reasonable and proportionate to the cost incurred.
